So when I was a little girl my mom would never buy me those jelly flats. I have no idea why. But it definitely made me have really want them later in life. So when I saw them at Target for $9 I couldn't say no.
Dress: Vintage Skirt hiked up to be made a dress
Belt: Bought at some random sample sale. It's a snake. But they have some similar ones at H&M that, i think, are made to look like rope.
Shoes: Jellies! Yay! Target
