As the days get closer to my Minnetonka fringe boots coming in the mail...I'm starting to feel like I'm seeing fringe everywhere. And it wasn't like this before I bought them. In the past week fringe has been popping up everywhere: Mary Kate Olsen, Lauren Conrad (repeat offender), and on the friend/personal assistant (?) of Lindsay Lohan. What gives Los Angeles? Are we all going through a phase? Are we all suffering from CWH? WhoWhatWearDaily be damned! Moccasins aren't "still loitering" they're very much still in.
